DIVISIONAL PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Critical to this role is the optimization of all existing products and the planning and management of new product development projects, which deliver marketing targets that ensure margin maximization in line with the business objectives. Project management, commercial/business aptitude, technical knowledge of dairy and juice products and professional planning skills are essential as are excellent interpersonal skills to ensure the development and training of multi-national team.

Candidates should have eight to ten years product development experience in a blue chip organization in the dairy/food industry with working knowledge with ISO 9001-2000 and HACCP. A Food Science or related subject with dairy specialization qualification is essential. Additional experience with processed cheese would be a distinct advantage
