FLEET MAINTENANCE MANAGER

The core focus of this role is to continually enhance the efficiency level of the operation and maintenance of a large sales fleet consisting of more than 1500 refrigerated and non-refrigerated vehicles as well as 20,000 shop display fridges. This position will be required to effectively manage the diversified range of assets across more than 30 locations of the sales division throughout the six countries of the GCC. A critical requirement is to provide professional planning, implementation, cost effective maintenance and management programs ensuring timely capital investment, replacement and repair. It also demands a strong competence in the leadership of a multinational team and to manage the development and training of all human assets in the fleet and maintenance function.

 

A tertiary level qualification in fleet management/engineering or similar discipline is highly desirable and at least five years of a proven track record in fleet operation and management is required, preferably with refrigerated vehicles experience. Facilities and assets management exposure is a plus.
