• HIV and Aids Work place programs – we work closely with our clients to help them to develop an HIV & Aids Workplace program that meets with International Labour Organisation guidelines and that are tailored to suit our clients individual requirements. 
• HR Policies and Procedures Manual, disciplinary code – we familiarise ourselves with the labour laws and practices in our clients operating environment, and leveraging on our own experience of international best practice, we assist our clients prepare policies and procedures that meet their requirements.
